Fletcher - Lola Jarvis

Burial of Mrs. Lola L. Fletcher, 82 who died in Witham Hospital, Lebanon was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Darlington with the Rev. A.L. Vermillion of Darlington and Rev. Keith Bell officiating. She had been ill three months. Mrs. Fletcher had live din Lebanon since 1957. She formerly resided on a farm northwest of Darlington with her husband, Carl G. Fletcher for many years.  Mr. Fletcher, a band leader and music instructor died in 1958. Born at Waveland, she was graduated form Waveland HS attended Danville Norman College and was a member of Darlington Methodist Church. She taught a boy’s Sunday School Class for several years. She operated a millinery shop with her sister in Waveland. She is survived by a son, Kenneth of Lebanon; a brother, Claude Jarvis of Crawfordsville and sister, Mrs. Ethel Deere of Terre Haute.
